The victim, Erlie Padayhag, told police he was in front of the chapel in Barangay Cadawinonan waiting for a vehicle when three unidentified men on board motorcycle wearing bonnet suddenly stopped in front of him. The two back riders pointed a handgun at him and declared hold-up. The riders demanded to hand over his belongings.

After getting the belongings of the victim, the suspect sped off their motorcycle and disappeared in the dark side area.
