Electronic engineer died in road accident

AYUNGON, Negros Oriental -- A 40-year-old man from Bindoy, Negros Oriental who was working as an electronic engineer died in a road accident after his Honda Wave motorcycle hit the road barriers in Barangay Awa-an, Ayungon around 5 p.m. Friday.

The victim, Vicente Librado, 41, single, of Barangay Dumolog, Bindoy, Negros Oriental, sustained injuries on his head and other parts of the body.

Investigation by the Ayungon Police showed that the motorcycle was speeding heading north from Bindoy town, and when turning on the right side of the road of Barangay Awa-an, Ayungon, Librado lost control and directly hit the barriers beside the road, throwing him on the ground.

The responding motorist rushed the victim to Bindoy District Hospital, but the attending doctor declared him dead on arrival.
