THE province of Negros Oriental is now readying the upcoming Visayas Olympics Elimination round in July this year.
Capitol Information Officer Adrian Sedillo said the renovation of sports facility is on going. The province allocate 4.5 million for changing the 14- year-old maple court and the comport rooms on the said gymnasium.
Sedillo said the other venues covered by the renovation are Praxivilla Tennis Court, Aqua Center Swimming pool and placing the robber in the rubberized track and field inside the Perdices Coliseum.
He added that Malaysia Consultants are in the province for final layout of the rubber at the track and field.
The sports event is set to encourage tourist to visit the province to witness the games.
