THE Pride of Negros Oriental who contributes and shared their knowledge in scouting a set to receive their Chief Girl Scout Medals.
Three Senior Girl Scouts from the Negros Oriental-Siquijor Council are set to receive their Chief Girl Scout Medal awards on Jan. 27 at the PICC in Manila.
Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) Executive Officer Rosario Rosales, three senior scouts from Dauin National High School bagged the coveted awards.
Senior Scouts Joan Alijado, Juna Diaz and Izzyhielyhn Partosa embarked on a community service project focusing on ecology last year.
Because of the success of their project and after passing the requirements, Rosales said the three scouts earned high marks during the nationwide search for Chief Girl Scout Medal awardees.
The awardees will be accompanied by Rosales and Council President Dr. Profetiza Lim during the awarding ceremonies in Manila.
