The troops snared the Best Provincial Command of the year, Best Police Station, Dumaguete City PNP, Best Municipality Police Station, Valencia PNP and Best Mobile Group, The 705th Mobile Group headed by Police Chief Inspector Julius Munez.

Buenafe thanked the people of Negros Oriental, the officials, mayors, the business sector, academe, religious group, media and other law enforcement agency for the continuing support to the PNP of the province.

The PNP in the province has the lowest crime rate in Central Visayas, thus they captured the prestigious award, the best provincial command of the year.
