Brothers stabbed
TWO victims of stabbing incident were rushed to General Santos City district hospital Tuesday evening.
The victims were identified as William Jarpo, 24 and his brother Noel, 20, both residents of Purok 4, Sto. Niño, Apopong.
Both victims sustained two stabbed wounds in their stomachs. The suspect, identified as Marvin Eliobe of the same address reportedly fled after the incident.
Utility man steals assorted goods
A 75-year-old proprietor of a videoke house complained to police Tuesday evening that his utility man named Ferdinand Lim allegedly stole assorted goods from his house.
Manuel Reynes told police Lim carted away one box of vehicle tools, two car batteries, and two pick-up tires with rims.
Bag examined for explosives
Police Explosive Ordnance Department (EOD) on Tuesday evening subjected a bag for explosive examination after receiving report that a mysterious bag was left in front of Socoteco II building along J. Catolico Avenue.
After examination however, EOD personnel led by SPO4 Ricky Zafra found only assorted personal belongings inside the bag.
Bula police is currently keeping the bag while waiting for its claimant.
Store ransacked
A 44-year-old vendor in Lagao public market reported to the police Tuesday that unidentified person ransacked his store.
Nestor Caspillo told police the perpetrator carted assorted fruit juices worth P400 from his store.
Caspillo said the incident occurred around early dawn Tuesday.
