Inter-school beach volleyball tilt opens
THE First Inter-school Collegiate Beach Volleyball competition reeled off to a good start at the Lions Beach in General Santos City last November 20.
Mayor Pedro Acharon Jr. was the guest speaker during the opening tip together with Councilor Shirlyn Nograles.
Acharon said this was the first time the City Government hosted the tournament to uplift the performance of the athletes from different schools in preparation for the national competition.
The participating teams are Holy Trinity College, Mindanao State Universities, Doņa Lourdes institute and Technology, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, Notre Dame of Dadiangas College, South Point Colleges of Arts Technology and Brokenshire College.
