How about coffee after a dream?
DEPENDING on how you slept the night, a cup of coffee would be your most welcome relief.
But in this new coffee shop that opens on October 18, a cup or two of your favorite brew would send you to dream.
That is what Coffee Dream is promising you when you happen to drop by its cozy place at the third floor of KCC Mall or at its spartan place at the mall basement fronting the grocery.
Mike Wee, who owns the place, says it would be a different café for the city's growing gourmet coffee lovers.
"We take pride in becoming everyone's coffee shop while creating in the Filipino a distinct lifestyle--one home-grown cup at a time," Mike says.
He said all his coffee beans are "locally-produced" and are in line with his "passion to purvey only the finest coffee" to local coffee lovers.
Coffee Dream is an addition to the growing number of cafés in the city but Mike says people can have their freshly-brewed, boiling hot coffee a la carte or intimately with their closest of friends, lovers or family members.
Unlike most coffee shops that are located in quiet places, Coffee Dream is right in the middle of the traffic, which suits Mike Wee's business idea.
"We will leave the late night café habitues to the other coffee shops. We are after the people who want to unwind during the days or early evenings while their wives or husbands are shopping or their children are malling. After all, the art coffee drinking knows no time of the day."
Aside from its not so shortlist of gourmet coffee, Coffee Dream also offers a wide selection of freshly baked quality pastries. Mike says service will be A-one.
"We serve our customers with personal touch, seeing to it that their needs are met and expectations are fulfilled," he segued adding that his staff is well trained to satisfy all customers.
With prices at par with or even cheaper than other coffee shops, Mike promises that every visit to his coffee shops would be a pleasant experience. Enough has been said, so why not have a cup of coffee? Wait a minute--espresso or latté?
