WHETHER it would be Councilor Ma. Rita Bascos-Sarabia or Vice Mayor Victor Facultad who will be proclaimed by opposition presidential candidate Fernando Poe Jr. as the Koalisyon ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino's (KNP) official mayoral candidate in Iloilo City would be known Friday night.

While Sarabia was with Poe during his sortie Thursday afternoon in southern Iloilo, Facultad and his runningmate, Councilor Joshua Alim, were at the Freedom Grandstand in Iloilo City supervising the physical arrangement for the grand rally at 6 p.m.
