Gays can run...just for fun By En O. Ex
THE Bible said that God only created man and woman.
On how a new species (referring to gays or the third sex) emerged is being investigated by the Senate and the United Nations.
The third sex is definitely 'in' in our society.
Like pirated CDs, they are everywhere. Like a cult, their members grow in numbers.
Our society has accepted them.
Movers Of Society
Gays are movers and shakers of society, too. The entertainment industry is not complete without these talented gay directors, actors, reporters, singers, and comedians.
They also dominate the fashion world and even the military.
They're just about everywhere--making waves, even in the running arena.
Tribute
As a tribute to gays and press freedom, Bombo Radyo organized a 3K Gay Fun Run, which started from Jaro Plaza and ended at the Freedom Grandstand.
Of course, the Bombo people were in full force during the event. Novie Guazo, Rod Tecson, Tina Ilustre, and Edwin Larujan were not only around to enjoy the event but also give an account of it.
To give more excitement, Bombo required a contestant to wear a costume in which one of them will win the most coveted Best in Costume award and a cash prize. Because of the Darna fame, one of the participants wore an improvised Darna costume, only that "she" (I dunno what pronoun I will use, excuse me) can't fly. Each one has his/her (again, I'm confused) own gimmick but at the end, the peacock costume won, though "she" lost in the race.
Ariel Calogno relegated all his fellow gay runners with an impressive 20 minutes and 29 seconds victory.
Calogno, 29, is a merchandiser at Roving Merchaniser (see, I told you, they are everywhere; A gay merchandiser). This resident of Bilidan New Lucena, Calogno said that upon hearing about the event, he/she underwent a week's training under Valentino Calumay and Freddie Zamora to awaken and stretch his running muscles.
Meanwhile, Rover Galan, the defending champion, took his ceremonial run and motivated other runners as he run only as a guest runner this year.
Well, they are not different in a way. They are human too. If a normal man can run, why can't they? Gays can run...just for fun.
