KALIBO, Aklan -- This year's Kalibo Sto. Niño Ati-atihan Festival will be made more memorable and significant with the visit of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on January 14 to grace the celebration and push her development agenda for the benefit of Aklanons.
The Ati-Atihan Festival is one of the country's premier religious and cultural festivals that attract thousands of devotees and tourist every third weekend of the year.
