By Ruby P. Silubrico

SEVENTEEN crew members of a fishing boat were arrested after four tons of large fishes, believed to be caught through dynamite fishing, were recovered from their possession at the Iloilo Fishing Port Complex in Tanza Baybay, Iloilo City.

The catch was believed to have been harvested from the Kalayaan Group of Islands near Palawan.
