Despite the heat, students of West Visayas State University listen to the inspirational talk of Sorsogon 1st District Representative Francis "Chiz" Escudero Wednesday afternoon. He talked about the value of education and urged the youth to be trusted by the fatherland.(Leo Solinap) THE City Government plans a cycling lane along the main thoroughfares of the city.
