WNC grad struggle over, finally take their RN oath

AFTER a long and controversy-laden wait, the second-courser Nursing graduates of West Negros College (WNC) have finally taken their oath as registered nurses.

Some 460 out of 504 Nursing graduates of WNC took their oath yesterday before Noel Cadete, governor of the Philippine Nurses Association in a mass oath taking yesterday at the WNC compound, Bacolod City.
