The incident happened last Friday at around 12:30 a.m. after they came from a drinking session at Alvin's KTV Bar located at Plaridel St. They were readying to go home.

Capulot reportedly fired his caliber. 45 pistol several times while a customer, Joy Sison, was complaining about Hiñola prior to their arrest.

While the two were on their way home, they were arrested by the Roxas City personnel. Recovered from Capulot was an unlicensed caliber 45 pistol and from Hiñola was a caliber 357 and three ammunitions.

Superintendent Cornelio Defensor, chief of the Regional Intelligence and Investigation Division (RIID), said that Capulot would be facing illegal possession of unlicensed gun and illegal discharge of firearm under RA 8294 while Hiñola is facing illegal possession of firearm and grave threat for poking a gun at Sison.

Defensor added that he has already directed the chief of the Roxas City Police Office to see if Capulot indeed maltreated someone and for them to file charges against the two.

They are now detained at the cell of the Roxas Police Office. (RPS)
