TWENTY three people are confirmed dead while fifteen are missing and feared death after a flashflood with a strong current hit the jeepney they were riding in.
Ramil Tamayo, a motorcycle driver who saw the incident, said that a jeepney, whose passengers came from the funeral of Remo Eguico, fell into the river due to a strong current in Barangay Barasan, Igbaras.
