NBI agents interrogated the nursing graduates who took the licensure exam last June 11 and 12, the dates when the leakages existed.
All the nursing graduates denied they benefited from the leakage.
The nursing graduates questioned by NBI are members of the Association of New Nurses of Panay (Annopa), Provincial Board Member Cecilia Capadosa said Monday.
"The NBI agents also entered the office of the PRC for the same purpose," she added.
Capadosa insisted there really was no leakage in Western Visayas. She reiterated the group's stand against President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's decision for nursing graduates to retake the exam.
"The PRC should have had held the results instead. Regardless of the financial expense on the retake, it is very demoralizing to the passers who have worked hard to pass the exam," Capadosa said.
Capadosa, other parents, officers, and members of the Annopa will rally on Tuesday in front of the Provincial Capitol to express opposition to the retake.
Capadosa said the group and the parents are sending a letter to Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) president and Jaro Archbishop Angel Lagdameo to ask for his support in their cause.
Capadosa authored a resolution recently passed by the Provincial Board, requesting President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to "limit the retake to areas where the leakages were found and exempt Western Visayas from the retake."
The resolution and Annopa's appeal on the no retake order have been sent to Malacañang but Arroyo has not replied to these yet.
The report of the NBI will be forwarded to the Office of the Secretary of Justice and to the President on Tuesday.
Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez Sr. said the report of the NBI will influence the decision of Arroyo on the retake.
Meanwhile, some quarters said they are in favor of the retake.
