Gallar is OIC Vice Governor
By Lory Ann B. Bilbao

IN THE absence of Vice Governor Roberto Armada, Board Member Emmanuel Gallar will be taking his place.

From December 1 to 6 or a matter of six days, Gallar will hold office higher than what he was elected for.

Armada appointed Gallar to be his representative to his local businesses and to be the presiding officer during Tuesday's regular session.

Armada left the country last November 30 for a diplomatic meeting in Singapore and Malaysia.

Gallar, a member of the "Conscience Bloc" in the Provincial Board, will be a Vice Governor for the first time.
