ON Feb. 3, 2007, the global Trade and Marketing Class of the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in coordination with the Graduate Program Office will hold a forum on Medical Tourism entitled "Exploring New Dimensions of Knowledge and Aesthetic Medicine," at Sarabia Manor Hotel.

The forum aims to enrich the exposure of the graduate students to industry practices in line with global trade and marketing and, at the same time, help raise the level of awareness f the community on Medical Tourism as an economic strategy advocated by the national government. The forum will discuss two major interesting topics under Medical Tourism; the current trends and the latest breakthroughs in the field of aesthetic medicine with some sidelights on how such is being promoted in the global arena.
