BOARD Members Cecilia Capadosa, Domingo Oso Jr. and Niel Tupas Jr. said the Provincial Board (PB) should conduct an inquiry on the absence of Vice Governor Roberto Armada.
Armada has been absent for three consecutive regular sessions of the PB. The first was last January 17.
Guv’s camp: Status quo could remain
AFTER the failure of the Peoples' Graftwatch Inc. and other private respondents to show evidence as to the lifting of the temporary restraining order (TRO), which the Court of Appeals (CA) has granted the camp of Governor Niel Tupas Sr. the latter's camp is expecting that a permanent injunction of the dismissal decision of the Ombudsman is to be granted.
