Police identified the fatalities as Ador Teron, Junie Rizardo, Arcadio Lagunday and Mark Macayan all residents of Malandog.

Still in serious condition are Albert Martinez, Freddy Bondac, Junel Galando and Allan Batiao.

Police report said Macayan was driving the car and upon reaching the area he lost control of the car and bumped into the Narra tree. They reportedly came from a resort in Tobias Fornier and were drunk when the incident happened.

On the other hand, a three-year-old boy also died after a passenger jeepney bumped him Monday at Rizal Pala-Pala, Iloilo City.

Mary Mae Hilario, mother of the victim, Ervin, was shocked when she saw the brain of his son scattered on the street when the Miag-ao jeepney driven by Joven Pajanito, 35 of La Consolacion, Miag-ao bumped his little boy.

The incident happened at around 8:30 a.m. while Arvin was reportedly playing along the road together with his friend while his mother was still sleeping inside their house.

Pajanito said he did not notice that Arvin was at the right side of the road.

Pajnito said he is willing to pay the burial expenses and confessed it was an accident.
