A 50-year-old charcoal woman vendor said a tricycle driver raped her inside the cemetery of Guimbal, Iloilo last June 8.
‘Mayet,’ not her real name, of Nanga, Guimbal, alleged that she was walking outside the Guimbal public market at around 7 p.m., when a certain Dodong stopped and convinced her to ride in his tricycle so he could bring her home.
