Inmate Jose Rey Consumo succumbed to fatal injuries on the head and on the body at 2:25 a.m. of December 24, 2007.
Report showed that his cellmate, Aquilino Sualibios, who was suffering from a nervous breakdown, was the one who mauled him last December 20 at around 2:30 p.m.
