THE two-year-old girl, whose head was cut off before she was thrown into the river of Barangay Sungcang, Bacolod City last week, was raped before she was killed according to Police Regional Crime Laboratory Chief Noel Martinez.
Martinez confirmed this after conducting an autopsy on the decomposing body of "Jassy" (not her real name) of Alihis, Bacolod City.
