Friday, October 03, 2008 Man arrested for theft, vagrancy
A 22-YEAR-old married man was arrested for theft and vagrancy last Tuesday at Arthur Drive, Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro, Iloilo City.
The elements of Iloilo City Police Station 3 led by PO2 Rex Tabuana, Warrant/Subpoena PNCO together with SPOI Noel Deslate, PO2 Jerome Jaculina and PO1 Nelo Gamboa -- crew of Mobile patrol under the direct supervision of Senior Inspector Hari Decena, station commander -- arrested Alfredo Tato by virtue of two warrant of arrests.
One of the warrants was issued by Judge Jose D. Azarraga of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 37 for the crime of theft dated May 16, 2008. The other warrant was that of Judge Rene Gonzales, Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 7 for the crime of vagrancy dated August 7, 2008.
Tato, a resident of Barangay Fajardo, Jaro, Iloilo City was turned over to the issuing court concerned for proper disposition. (ICPO-PIO)
