No affair with Dennis da Silva, says Ruffa
AS MUCH as actress-beauty queen-international host Ruffa Gutierrez enjoys publicity, she is disgusted with recent reports linking her with former actor Dennis Da Silva.
Ruffa in an interview said it is very unfair to her, and her family, to have her name dragged in the controversies linking Dennis, much more blame her for some of the "blows" that he experienced in his almost thirty years of existence.
The former Miss World second princess added that she is very much happy with her life now - with the way her career is going and her love life.
She added that it has almost been a decade since she has seen Dennis and she just hope that their "good relationship" in the past would be respected and mean something to him, to eventually stop using her or dragging her name in the controversies that he is in at present.
Dennis has been charged with child abuse by the 14-year-old daughter of his 41-year-old live in partner and he had claim in one interview that his life has been in the right path when he was then attach to Ruffa.
Dennis and Ruffa had once been a "hot item" when both were still in their early teenage years and would have gotten married (?) had Ruffa's mom Annabel Rama not intervene but taking the then budding actress to the US with the rest of the family. Dennis, claimed that he was heartbroken, by their separation and with the help of booze and drugs he had learned to cope with the heartache.
The break-up, an accident after the said break-up leaving him on a wheelchair for almost three years, all the vices and the battered child hood he experienced in the hands of his military-father all contributed to his present life.
Aside from the child abuse charges, Dennis had also been charged in the past for substance abuse (both drugs and booze) and possession of firearms.
And with Dennis track record, who could blame Ruffa for refusing her name to be link with her former boyfriend? |
