SC suspends Estrada lawyer for 'misconduct'

THE Supreme Court (SC) Tuesday "indefinitely suspended" Alan Paguia, defense lawyer of deposed President Joseph Estrada, from practicing law "for conduct unbecoming a lawyer and an officer of the court."

Associate Justice Antonio Carpio did not take part in the ruling.
