CAPTURED Abu Sayyaf leader Galib Andang alias Kumander Robot is in critical condition at a military hospital following surgery on his legs, a military spokesperson said Tuesday.
The condition of Andang "stabilized" more than 30 hours after his arrest by security forces in Jolo island, Lt. Col. Daniel Lucero said.
