Recipe of the Day: Fish Pudding
A classy dish that can sure add sparkle to the Noche Buena table.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. white fish fillet
1 370 ml. can CARNATION Evaporated Milk
5 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsps. paprika
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube
2 tsps. MAGGI Savor
salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Line a casserole dish with foil and arrange fish fillet in the bottom.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over fish fillet.
3. Steam for about 30-40 min. or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
4. Serve hot or cold in a casserole dish or invert onto platter.
