Recipe of the Day: Bangus Condensada
Boneless bangus belly marinated in Carnation Condensada, unusual and interesting.
Ingredients:
400 g. boneless bangus belly
1 301 ml. can CARNATION Condensada
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped celery
salt, to taste
cooking oil, for frying
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients except cooking oil.
2. Marinate for at least an hour or over night. Drain.
3. Heat oil and fry until golden brown, drain.
4. Serve with rice.
