Chamber sets business, tourism trips
AFTER launching the Biztours (Business and Tourism) program last year, the tourism committee of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) will hold a series of Biztours aimed at promoting sustainable business and tourism growth in key areas of the country.
This year, the PCCI has identified various Biztours areas that are fast becoming vibrant tourism and investment destinations for both local and international business operations.
Leading the roster of areas is Ilocos, where a whole range of business opportunities and a number of unexplored investment sites await interested investors. The committee has set a Biztours trip to Ilocos on April 1 to 3 to explore and discover all possible investment opportunities that Ilocos has to offer while enjoying its cultural heritage and landscape.
Included in the itinerary is a business briefing with networks of producers of highly renowned Ilocos-made food, crafts and products and prospective business partners in different infrastructure development projects.
