The PCCI board of sirectors has initially earmarked P200,000 worth of seed funds to purchase blankets, latrines, food and medical supplies that will assist various villages and immediate family members affected by the tragedy.

By late March, the PCCI committee on agriculture will also be donating hybrid rice, corn seeds, and coco seedlings to help stabilize the food supply in the affected area and surrounding barangays.

The PCCI is also encouraging its members of over 20,000 small, medium and large companies and its over 200 affiliated local chambers and industry associations to participate in this campaign.

For interested parties, cash and in-kind pledges and donations can be coursed through the PCCI secretariat at the 19/F Salcedo Towers, 169 H.V. dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City, telephone numbers 8445713 / 8443424 / 8441166 or email neri.deluyon@philippinechamber.com.
