Ornusa, Borgy turn into tigers in new animal welfare ad
POSING in a jungle setting with their bodies covered only with painted-on tiger stripes next to the tagline "Even the Wildest Animals Don't Belong in the Zoo", top models Ornusa Cadness and Borgy Manotoc will shoot a brand-new ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta) Asia-Pacific.
The ad will be shot Wednesday by photo ace Xander Angeles. Rounding out the rest of the stellar crew for the ad are independent film luminary Dante Mendoza for set design, tattoo pro Gene Testa for body art, star stylist Leo Posadas for makeup, and the creative team from JimenezBasic Advertising for concept development.
Half-Thai, half-New Zealander Ornusa Cadness' exotic looks earned her the distinction of being named one of the 10 most beautiful women by Mega magazine in 2005; she has appeared in numerous other magazines as well. Borgy Manotoc, son of Ilocos Norte Representative Ma. Imelda "Imee" Marcos and sportsman Tommy Manotoc, has numerous major commercial endorsements under his belt and was named Male Fashion Model of the Year in the 2004 MTV Style Awards. (Press release)
