Britney Spears meets car mishap anew

SINGER-actress Britney Spears was again involved in minor car accident in Los Angles Ventura freeway.

In a report came out in Usmagazine.com, Spears was reportedly driving 2008 white Mercedes northbound on the 405 connector to the 101 freeway last Saturday evening when the collision happened.

The collision took place when the pop star did not pay attention to a vehicle in front of her when it came to a full stop. Spears although attempted to step on the brake failed to stop her vehicle resulting in a collision into the rear of the car ahead of hers.

The car which Spears had bumped into, meanwhile, also collided into another car. On the other hand, there were no reported injuries as an outcome of the accident.

Authorities checked the pop star if she was under the influence of alcohol after the accident happened.

Spears, together with her mother Lynne, went out for dinner at Dominick's in West Hollywood.

Reports said in the past 12 months, the singer has been charged with a hit and run offence and driving without a valid license.

Last August, Spears escaped a hit-and-run charge while in 2006, she was photographed driving with one of her sons in her lap. (JRDB/Sunnex)
