Young actor charged with sexual harassment

THE 21-year-old daughter of actor William Martinez last Monday filed complaint against young actor Baron Geisler for allegedly harassing and touching a sensitive part of her body.

Accompanied by his father and mother Yayo, Martinez's daughter Patricia went to the office of Superintendent Sotera Macatangay at the Criminal Investigation and Detention Group (CIDG) Women and Children's Desk Division (WCDD) in Quezon City to personally file a complaint.

Patricia explained that last Friday night, when they hanged out at a bar in Makati, they thought of texting and inviting some friends to join them including Geisler.

Geisler allegedly got drunk as he asked Martinez's daughter if she has a boyfriend and then asked her to have sex with him.

According to Patricia, she forcibly detached Geisler's hand from her face but the actor allegedly touched her breast.

Martinez said it was his daughter who wanted to pursue filing a complaint against Geisler as she felt violated with what the young actor did to her as she treated him like her elder brother.

Meanwhile, Macatangay said the complaint would be filed relative to the findings of police investigator. "Let's just wait for the findings of the investigator," she said.

Mr. Martinez disclosed that Giesler also did an offensive act with her wife but he just ignored it, but for this time, he said in the vernacular: "It is not proper that if you're drunk you'll do such things and if you're sober, you'll say sorry. I cannot let it pass again and again. You have to learn a lesson."

He added that he listened to a radio interview with the young actor denying the allegations of his daughter.

Asked if she is ready to testify and reveal the alleged violation on her in public, Patricia agreed, saying: "This is not only for myself. I want all the women out there that experience same violation as I am, not to be afraid to disclose it."

Geisler's handler, Star Magic, denied the allegations, saying the actor does not want to be interviewed.

Geisler has been also involved with previously reported commotions when under the influence of alcohol. (JRDB/Sunnex)
