Baron Geisler sexual raps forwarded to DOJ

ACTOR Baron Geisler (Baron Frederick von Geisler) was formally charged with acts of lasciviousness by the 21-year old daughter of former matinee idol William Martinez and actress Yayo Aguila.

The case was forwarded by the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) through Superintendent Sotera Macatangay to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for preliminary investigation.

Based on the complaint filed by Patrizha, police said Geisler, dubbed the resident Bad Boy of the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition, violated Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code when he allegedly tried to lure the victim into having sex with him amid her resistance.

According to the complainant, the incident took place last April 25 inside the Fiamma Bar at Jupiter St. in Makati City while the victim, an AB Communication Arts graduate from Miriam College, was partying with friends.

Patrizha said she made a call to Geisler inviting the actor to join them. Baron showed up with co-actor Paulo Paraiso and actress Michelle Madrigal.

She said after several hours in the bar, Geisler got drunk and tried to make advances on her. When she resisted, he allegedly asked for a "hug" instead, and when she still declined, it was then that Geisler pinched her cheeks before fondling her breasts.

When she stepped away from Geisler, the accused hurled invectives at her, prompting her to ask for help from the people in the bar. (ECV/Sunnex)
