"It's finished. I decided, you know there are a lot of things that we did not get along with, a lot of things so that's it," she said.
She added that she had formally broke up with Jericho through email last week and also through phone as she earlier said that her ex-boyfriend is in Malaysia for an international television soap opera.
"I don't want to shed tears," she said adding that she will now concentrate with her work than to sulk with the situation of her love life right now.
Heart earlier downplays her split with his long time boyfriend, saying they only chose to focus in their personal careers first. But now that she had revealed their breakup, speculations formed that the actress' on screen team up with Richard Gutierrez could develop into an off-screen love affair.
Heart, however, shrugs off hearsays, saying "I just want to have fun. I just want to have good time you know."
Richard assured the actress during her past interviews that she will take care of Heart while doing their first ever team-up in a television series "Code name: Asero".
In support for her new leading lady, Richard said "Leave it to me. I will assure you that you're in good hands. I'll make sure that she will forget all her problems. We will enjoy our work and we will be working hard together."
Last Thursday, the two attended the story conference of their new series as they were seen comfortable with each other.
The two also had a bonding moment last Saturday in a small event in Batangas where they got to familiarize with each other.
The production team of "Asero" will be going to Dubai to shoot some of the first scenes of the new series.
Richard said that his new project with Heart will "going to be exciting because it's a totally different project."
He added: "it is not a television fantasy series that he used to do asserting that the line up of cast is so powerful."
The two expressed excitement on their upcoming project. Heart said she is excited to work with Richard since "it is her first time to work with the actor and with the looks of it, she said it is okay."
Richard said he is also excited and he had been hoping to work with Heart ever since. (JRDB/Sunnex)
