Velvet launches 'No Tan, No Entry Party'

VELVET, the entertainment channel made especially for women recently brought to Boracay a uniquely sizzling summer event -- the "No Tan, No Entry Party."

Channel Head Ronald Arguelles said: "Velvet is for the fun, party girl type of women. She's connected to the outside world and knows what's happening everywhere and anywhere. Velvet is perfect for the modern Pinay because it satisfies their appetite for Hollywood entertainment programs."

Inspired by the hit television series "Sunset Tan" which follows the inner workings of a Los Angeles tanning salon and their often eccentric clientèle and employees, the No Tan, No Entry Party was all about getting that sun-kissed tan and partying in paradise.

The sexiest and most serious partygoers enjoyed an evening of excitement and fun-filled summer party under the night skies of Bora. The event had a lot of thrilling gimmicks, cool freebies and exhilarating games.

People lined-up for the various exciting booths like the Massage Booth, Henna Tattoo Booth, Sunless Tanning Booth and the mojito booth which people enjoyed during the Sunset Tan Chill Out Lounge Party -- all of that for free.

And even though party goers were so excited in bathing out on the sun and getting a tan, they still managed to have beautiful healthy skin with the five tips Velvet gave for a healthier glow this summer.

With perfectly tanned skin and healthy shiny hair, sexy bodies worked up the runway as both hunks and babes gave their best shot on the catwalk. In the midst of all the activities, everyone had a blast as Velvet turned up the volume to party.

Guests relaxed and enjoyed as they partied all night with refreshing and danceable music featuring DJ Manolet Dario, and international DJ Kristian Hernandez. Event host Sarah Meier with guest celebrities Denise Laurel, Jon Avila, Iya Villania, Cheska and Patrick Garcia and Rafael Rosell joined in the activities and danced with the thrill-seeking Bora vacationers.

Velvet Channel is available on SkyCable Gold, SkyCable Silver and other quality cable operators nationwide. (Press release)
