Saturday, May 31, 2008 Teen Housemate Valerie steps out PBB house
DAZZLING Doll Valerie Weignmann’s stay inside the country’s most famous house was put to an end, as she was evicted last Wednesday night.
During the live eviction night held in front of the Big Brother House, hosts Toni Gonzaga and Luis Manzano led the eager audience in welcoming Valerie back to the outside world.
The teen’s Tita Violy, as well as some former teen housemates and guardians were also present at the tension-filled event.
Valerie received the lowest percentage of text votes (27.82 percent) that caused her the boot nine days before the Big Night at the Big Dome. Robi Domingo, on the other hand, got the highest percentage of text votes (41.50 percent) followed by Nicole Uysiuseng (30.68 percent).
Meanwhile, the countdown to the much-awaited Big Night on June 7 is still ongoing. Two more eviction nights will happen on May 31 and June 4, which will ultimately lead to the unveiling of this season’s Teen Big 4.
The decision on who truly deserve to be part of the Big 4 is now in the hands of “Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus” fans. Who among the teen housemates are being true to themselves? Who among the teens best embody the different faces of the Filipino youth? Big Brother leaves these questions to the people. Who will be evicted next? Who will be the people’s Big 4?
On the other story, teen housemate Beauty Gonzalez celebrated her 17th birthday inside the Big Brother House last Wednesday and the teens made sure that they prepared something for her.
The six other teen housemates connived with Big Brother and gave Beauty a surprise party in the garden area of the country’s most famous house.
Aside from the menu, they also planned a surprise involving Alex Anselmuccio who would bring in the birthday cake in a Kapitan Boom costume.
Aside from these surprises, Beauty also received a special gift from Big Brother in the form of a sound clip of her nieces Tisay and Cheeky who greeted their beloved aunt.
Beauty was emotional on her special day as she expressed how much she misses her family at this point. She, however, was also thankful for the preparations the other teens made for her. She also said it was the first time that friends prepared a surprise for her birthday.
Meanwhile, Big Brother is still encouraging all Filipinos to support the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, the longest navigable river in the world currently among the environmental wonders vying for a spot in the New 7 Wonders of the World. (JRDB/Sunnex)
