TRANSPORTATION Secretary Leandro Mendoza ordered the grounding of all vessels of Sulpicio Lines, owner and operator of the ill-fated MV Princess of the Star that capsized off the coasts of Sibuyan Island in Romblon Province, pending investigation into the incident as well as ensure the seaworthiness of the company's other ships.
