Ciara strongly denied the issue in her interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP).
She said she first heard about the issue from her close friends in Manila.
According to her, "how will that incident (breast exposure) happen and where will that news possibly come from since their show in Las Vegas hasn't started yet."
"My show hasn't started yet, then there are now issue of breast exposure. And what breasts? I don't have that?" the young singer said in jest.
"I don't know where that (breast exposure rumor) is coming from. First, my show hasn't started yet, so, what show are they talking about. Second, I wouldn't dare show that (her breasts)! It's impossible. I wouldn't be able to go home to my parents if I did that," said Ciara who is known belonging to a reputable family.
She added in dismayed: "I'm not going to do that. I hope those people will learn to write facts and not things that are made up to destroy a person or a celebrity. That's very impossible to happen, and it's obviously something fabricated."
She meanwhile thanked all the people who informed her about the gossip, saying even though she's out of the country, she still feels that there are more people who care for her.
The issue was commented by ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz in one of his press conferences. The actor's comment made Ciara upset, saying she felt embarrassed by the actor's remark.
Brushing off all controversies about her, Ciara excitedly disclosed her return to Manila on July 2, which is also her birthday.
She said going home to the Philippines is her birthday gift to herself although she will stay here for only 12 days.
While she is here, she will be busy promoting her new album she recorded in Las Vegas under Sony-BMG. Her father, former senator Tito Sotto, helped her in doing the album. (JRDB/Sunnex)
