Kuya Germs won't forgive Billy
By Jill Beltran

German Moreno, the veteran TV host has no plan to reconcile with international singing artist Billy Crawford.

Crawford earlier aired his intentions to talk with his former mentor.

"There's no need for that (reconciliation)," the Master Showman stressed after hearing Billy's intention to kiss and make up with him on his birthday in October.

"It's not a big thing anymore. There will be no reunion, it will never happen. I don't want to be plastic and I was hurt... He also upset other people here (GMA-7), Moreno said.

Moreno's disappointment stemmed from Crawford's manner of transferring to the other network.

He said, he cannot forgive the singer yet even if Billy will personally asks for his forgiveness.

"Even if he reaches out to me I don't think I can forgive him," he said.

Moreno said there was something that the actor did that upset him.

"I cannot tell everyone why I don't want to reconcile with him anymore. I cannot tell you everything but any wrong move from him might compel me to say the real reason of our dispute and why I cannot forgive him," Moreno said.

He explained that he is not angry with the transfer but with the manner in which he exited GMA-7.

He said he would have let Billy sign a contract with ABS-CBN if he had no pending show in GMA.

"I don't care if he is after the money or the opportunity, but he has pending projects here that he is denying which made me upset. If he has no commitments here I will let him go, but there was and he broke his word," he said.

"I feel bad for the winners of 'Move' (Billy's defunct dancing competition), he should have thought about his decisions and not always about the opportunities that await him. He has opportunities here but he rejected them," he added.

"It's okay to forgive but don't expect that I will treat him the way I treated him before, he said.

Moreno also felt bad because Crawford disregarded him.

"I treated him as a son... Maybe he has more 'utang na loob' with the other network."

Crawford said he is so much affected with the "utang na loob" issue.

"That issue affects me most. Every year when I come back here it was Kuya Germs whom I visited first."
