2 young stars join Dennis in 'Gagambino'

NOW tagged as GMA-7's Drama King, Dennis Trillo is back in the primetime race, as he will be playing the Spiderman-inspired super hero "Gagambino" soon on GMA-7.

Alongside of Dennis are two of the most beautiful faces in the entertainment industry today - Katrina Halili and Nadine Samonte.

This is not the first time Dennis will be working with the two young stars.

Dennis was paired with Nadine in GMA-7's afternoon series "Sine Novela: Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap" which received high ratings in Mega Manila viewership.

Katrina, on the other hand, is Dennis's leading lady in his current soap "Magdusa Ka," which is also getting a remarkable record in the afternoon competitions of shows.

Meanwhile, actor Polo Ravales will play Dennis's antagonist in the fantasy series.

Joining the cast is love-team Jennica Garcia and Mart Escudero, whose character in "Ako Si Kim Sam Soon" will fade out, giving way to their new show.

Young actress Glaiza de Castro and basketball player-turned-actor Benjie Paras are also included in the cast.

"Gagambino" will replace the time slot of "Dyesebel" before "Kim Sam Soon", which reportedly extended in the primetime block for one week. (JRDB/Sunnex)
