Kim Chiu denies being 'anorexic'

THE Cebuana chic star Kim Chiu brushed off reports that she is suffering from anorexia.

Kim's thin frame has gotten some attention these past few days especially during the stretch of her recently ended series "My Girl" opposite Gerald Anderson.

Reports claimed that the young actress might be suffering from "eating disorder" or worse "tuberculosis."

Kim was quick to deny any of the speculations saying her thin physique is normal to her. She said that although she eats a lot, she barely gains weight.

To address people's worries as well as Kim's, she recently signed up for a fitness center to work out and to help improve and monitor her health and nutrition.

She added that she consulted a nutritionist to supervise her eating habits so she can have a balanced diet every day.

Kim meanwhile appealed not to speculate such malicious rumors because she is not the kind of person who will undergo such disorder. She said is willing to do everything to improve her build and gain a little weight.

Kim will again team up with Gerald in "My Only Hope" every Sunday afternoon.

This is ABS-CBN's heed to Kimerald's fanatic's call for another project starring the two hot young stars.

As support for Kim, Gerald said Kim made the right decision to go to gym and workout. He advised Kim to listen to her instructor. (JRDB/Sunnex)
