Jewel avoids talking about ‘spat’ with Bubbles

STARSTRUCK Batch 4 Sweetheart Jewel Mische refused to talk anymore about the “elbowed” incident she had with another Kapuso star Bubbles Paraiso.

“If I have a problem, I am not the type who will broadcast it to other people. But sometimes I have to fight for the people who are hurting like my family, my friends,” Jewel briefly said last Saturday in a television interview.

She said that Bubbles really elbowed her on the head and even hit her several times during the inauguration of GMA-7’s new studio. Bubbles, however, denied Jewel’s claims.

Jewel, during the interview, also refuted that she has an affair with co-Starstruck winner Aljur Abrenica. Aljur was her escort during the inauguration and allegedly had a rift with Richard Gutierrez (who was linked to Jewel during “Kamandag” days) after the event.

“He is my friend since Starstruck days,” Jewel said.

As Jewel’s way in moving on with what happened between her and some of her Kapuso co-stars, she went to the infamous Holy Land as she visited places like Bethlehem and Jordan River.

Now Jewel said that she is ready to work with Bubbles if they will have to work in one project together. She said she is open to set aside misunderstanding for the sake of their job. (JRDB/Sunnex)
