MANILA -- A Senate investigation into the Jose Pidal deposits suffered a setback Monday when Ignacio Arroyo, younger brother of Jose Miguel "Mike" Arroyo, and bank officials evaded questions of senators on the controversial bank accounts.

Ignacio invoked his constitutional right to privacy, when asked about his financial capability, statement of assets, and bank and business records.
