MANILA -- Kris Aquino plays hardball with former lover Joey Marquez. Last-ditch efforts by friends didn’t stop the talk and game show host from filing a complaint against the Parañaque City mayor over an alleged gun-poking incident inside a Makati City condominium unit last Sept. 22.

Aquino appeared Monday at the Pasig Prosecutor’s Office to sign the complaint detailing the charges against Marquez, which include physical injury, grave threats, grave coercion and illegal possession of firearm.
