CEBU -- Cebu Gov. Pablo Garcia challenged Vice Gov. John Gregory Osmeña Tuesday to produce Milagros Herrera, president of Perdido Lex Foundation Inc., which got P5 million from Osmeña's funds for a computerization program.

Dissatisfied with the Provincial Board's (PB) decision not to probe Osmeña's release of his discretionary funds for a foundation that could be fictitious, Garcia also urged the PB to reconsider.
