CEBU CITY -- The anti-graft office and PDEA are now looking for answers on how "the biggest shabu laboratory in Southeast Asia" was able to operate under the noses of both local and national line agencies and who are the local chemical suppliers.
Deputy Ombudsman Primo Miro ordered Monday a fact-finding probe on Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Ouano, barangay officials of Umapad, Paknaan and Looc, all in Mandaue, the local police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
