MANILA -- The number of fatalities in floods and landslides wrought by a tropical depression that hit Luzon on Monday has gone up to 407, disaster officials said Wednesday.
Disaster officials also listed 141 persons still missing. Two were reported missing in Isabela and 139 people were unaccounted for in the provinces of Quezon, Rizal and Aurora.
